Process

1Just-in-Time Delivery

Just-in-Time delivery closes the flow and integrates with the client’s logistics. We plan deliveries to reduce inventories and bottlenecks, operating with JIT and Kanban models, proximity warehouses and consignment stock to ensure the right ideal material, at the right time, all the time.
  • Deliveries planned around the client’s logistics
  • JIT and Kanban models to reduce stock
  • Proximity warehouses and consignment stock
  • Zero end-of-line bottlenecks

2Production

Through the production phase, we transform the project into a stable and replicable supply over time. We manufacture according to the specifications defined during co-design, with systematic quality controls that ensure consistent performance and compliance with every delivered batch.

  • Production according to co-design specifications
  • Stable, replicable, and scalable supply
  • Systematic quality controls on every batch
  • Guaranteed compliance over time

3Procurement Model Definition

Together we define the most suitable procurement model: planning timing, volumes, and supply arrangements based on the client’s production flows. The objective is to ensure operational continuity, stock flexibility, and full cost control over time.

  • Planning of supply timing and volumes
  • Tailored model aligned with the client’s production flows
  • Guaranteed operational continuity and flexibility
  • Stock control and cost optimisation

4Prototype & Testing

We produce a physical sample to validate the solution prior to production. The prototype allows verification of dimensions, protection levels, and ease of handling and transport. Documented preliminary tests ensure the project is production-ready with no surprises.

  • Rapid production of a functional prototype
  • Verification of dimensions, protection, and operational ease
  • Preliminary handling and transport testing
  • Documented validation prior to production

5Co-design

Our method is co-design: we work side by side with the client to define materials, geometries, and the optimal configuration of the solution A collaborative process that results in a final design technically aligned with real packaging, protection, and operational requirements.

  • Joint definition of materials and configuration with the client
  • Shared collaborative design process
  • Optimisation of packaging geometries and volumes
  • Final design aligned with technical and operational requirements

6Analysis & Brief

We begin with a direct dialogue with the client to understand requirements, challenges, and operational priorities. We analyse the packaging context, product constraints, logistics flows, and transport requirements Translating everything into a structured technical brief that serves as the shared foundation for all subsequent phases.

  • Initial consultation on requirements and operational challenges
  • Analysis of product constraints and logistics flows
  • Definition of technical and transport requirements
  • Documented brief shared with the client
