Company

Our story

The story
of structured growth.

GIEMME grew out of a hands-on journey, built on direct experience, initiative and the determination to grow. After completing his early training in Milan, Maurizio chose to bring this know-how to Romagna, starting a business able to combine design, sampling and production within a single operational flow.

From a small initial workshop, the company has evolved over time through steady investments in technology, organisation and skills. A concrete growth path, developed step by step, that has led Giemme to expand its spaces, departments and production capacity.

Today this evolution continues in the same direction: building value in-house, optimising processes, and offering clients a reliable, structured, and future-oriented technical partner.

Control the Process

To be the reference technical partner for industrial packaging: designing, integrating, and managing packaging and end-of-line solutions that reduce complexity, stock, and operational costs across the entire supply chain. We do not supply products — we build high-value operational systems.

Total Integration

A future in which materials, logistics, and production are not separate compartments but a single controlled flow. We aim to be the benchmark for companies that believe packaging and end-of-line management is not merely a cost to reduce, but a strategic lever to master.

Behind Every Solution, There’s a Process

The Process

Controlled Process

Packaging is not just design — it is the structured management of every operational phase. Each solution is defined, validated, and monitored according to shared technical parameters.

  • Structured analysis
    Clear and measurable technical requirements.
  • Just-in-Time integration
Alignment with the client’s production and logistics.
  • Replicable standards
Procedures and controls to ensure operational continuity.

Operational Continuity

The quality of a solution is measured over time This is why we define procurement and supply models aligned with the client’s production flows and needs, reducing variability, stock levels, and logistics risks.

  • Dedicated supply model
    Volume planning and delivery scheduling.
  • Just-in-Time integration
Alignment with the client’s production and logistics.
  • Variability reduction
Consistency in materials, performance, and lead times.

A replicable method.

A structured approach that reduces variables and makes packaging an integral part of the industrial process.
